When we want to come together to learn differently - what are the historical and more recent examples of self-organised education in the field of art and beyond? What can we learn from their struggles and mistakes? And what would it mean to self-organize in the arts and education today? In his lecture Jakob Jakobsen will speak about his own artistic practice in relation to historical examples of the so-called Free- or Anti-Universities of the 60s and 70s.
 

Jakob Jakobsen in a visual artist that ist mostly interested in self-organisation within education and psychiatry. In the past he was part of setting up the Copenhagen Free University, recently his work is focused on setting up Hospital for Self Medication.
