During the entire application period, all documents, including the portfolio, remain in the Students Office and can no longer be handed over, not even for a short time. Sending the portfolio is at the applicant's own risk.

After notification of rejection or admission to the degree programme, there are three options for returning the portfolio: disposal of the portfolio, personal collection of the portfolio, return of the portfolio via post (please note that you will be charged for the porto).

Applicants must declare which option they choose in the application. In addition, applicants will be informed during the application process that the Academy will destroy the portfolio no later than six months after the end of the application process if they are not picked up / send back by then.
